I am very excited to announce a new service we're offering our Property Management clients - Rental Open Houses! So often we get many inquiries on available rental properties, however, some prospective tenants tend to be leery to pay to apply before actually seeing the inside of a property or they just can't find the time to go through the process.
We will hold rental open houses in the evenings and on weekends and send a notice to everyone who has inquired about rentals in the area. We'll arrive early, spruce up the home, make sure it looks and smells great and offer some drinks and snacks to prospects. We will also have a laptop on site to allow them to apply on the spot if they love the home and walk them through the process!
Our goal is to make it as easy and painless as possible for potential tenants to find the home of their dreams and limit the time a home is vacant for our owners.
